Summary:
Creates and maintains maintenance plans and equipment records to ensure that organizational business standards are met. Assures that the records and plans adhere to regulatory compliance requirements. Creates, monitors and analyzes maintenance plan and ESD master data to identify and report gaps.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Creates, validates and maintains plans and equipment records in SAP based on business process standards and regulatory requirements
- Creates work order task lists
- Updates and maintains plant facilities records (e.g., functional locations)
- Identifies gaps in current processes/procedures, notifies leadership and makes recommendations for improvements
- Conducts periodic data audits to validate and ensure data integrity
- Creates and analyzes data reports validate accuracy and compliance
- Assists in data compilation for regulatory related audits and rate cases
- Ensures use of uniform standards when creating master data to be used in equipment records, maintenance plans, reporting, and other related information
- Leads team initiatives, through frequent communication with the team and management.
- Provides team progress updates to management and proposes solution and strategy updates as needed to enable the team to meet their goals.
- First point of contact for the team providing leadership, mentorship and coaching.
- Influences team culture and builds strong relationships with customers to drive a positive organizational culture across the business.
Education:
- Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- In lieu of a degree, will consider a combination of education and utility related experience totaling four (4) years, where each year of applicable college = 1 year and each year of applicable work experience = 0.5 year. Experience in lieu of education is in addition to the Experience requirements.
Preferred Education:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of five (5) years of utility distribution system experience, including three (3) years working with the ESD module of SAP managing work orders
Preferred Experience:
- Use of corporate systems including but not limited to SAP, FileNet, ServiceHub, ESRI
- Use of data analytic software and data visualization software like PowerBi and Tableau
- Project management experience
