This includes investing in affordable, energy-efficient housing and quality of place projects resulting in flourishing communities.

 

Education

At CenterPoint Energy, we believe education is key to the ongoing success of our communities. We invest in quality literacy programs ranging from early childhood through adult literacy and tutoring programs as well as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) education programs targeted to under-resourced areas and/or underrepresented populations. Lastly, we look for opportunities to continue building workforce development programs addressing needs of our communities.
