We are looking for a dynamic, execution-driven professional with strong technology expertise, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
As the IT M&A Manager, you will serve as the primary leader for all technology-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures—driving critical deliverables and milestones. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to assess, plan, and execute integration and separation strategies, ensuring the smooth transition of IT systems, infrastructure, and services. Acting as a key liaison between IT, business units, strategic planning, and external partners, you will help deliver value and mitigate risk throughout complex corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in process analysis and project management, a proven track record of career progression, and strong problem-solving skills. Comfort with ambiguity, combined with the ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively, is essential. In addition, this role will develop expertise in regulatory processes, assist in drafting jurisdictional filings for IT, and apply innovative thinking to drive continuous improvements in processes and data management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
M&A Delivery and Support

- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to manage IT workstreams throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial assessment through post-close activities.
- Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technology risks associated with M&A transactions, ensuring business continuity and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with executive leadership, business units, and external advisors to communicate IT implications, progress, and challenges.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Review and negotiate IT contracts, licenses, and service agreements relevant to M&A activities.
- Budgeting & Cost Analysis: Prepare cost estimates, track expenditures, and identify synergies or savings related to IT transformation in M&A.
- Post-Merger Integration: Monitor and report on IT integration progress, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.
