Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation, from infrastructure setup to application deployment, in partnership with System Integrator (SI), Business Integrator (BI), and PMO teams.
- Oversee the technical architecture, including environment planning (development, integration, analytics, support, security), and manage deployment on public cloud hyperscalers.
- Design and implement TOM, mapping technology, data, process, and people changes across all business units.
- Drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA core modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Regulatory/FERC Reporting), Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Supplier Collaboration), Sales & Distribution, Human Capital Management (including SuccessFactors and Concur integration), and Enterprise Asset Management (Asset Lifecycle, Maintenance, Field Service, GIS integration).
- Oversee technical aspects of organizational change management (OCM), including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness for both field and back-office teams.
- Establish and manage operational governance frameworks for SAP, including change control, compliance, and value tracking.
- Lead the technical design and execution of data governance, data cleansing, and conversion strategies, ensuring integrity and auditability of migrated data.
- Drive process standardization and clean-core SAP adoption, retiring legacy customizations and setting technical guardrails for future enhancements.
- Own benefits realization by instrumenting KPIs, tracking improvements, and reporting outcomes to executive leadership and the Board.
- Ensure integration with edge and legacy systems, regulatory reporting (Finance4U, OneSource), and analytics platforms (SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Data Cloud).
- Oversee security, identity, and access management, including GRC integration and segregation of duties objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in enterprise/business transformation, with 6+ years leading large SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP/EAM programs in utilities or asset-intensive industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP TOM design, OCM, process redesign, governance, and benefits realization on complex, multi-year programs.
