Provides strategic support in planning, organizing and administering human resource programs and initiatives in support of business goals.  Collaborates with and provides guidance and direction to management and employees on Human Resources issues, activities, policies, programs and processes under the direction of the Human Resources Manager and Director.   • Ability to partner and influence the organization at multiple leadership levels and act as a resource for employees.
  • Responsible for driving activities associated with organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, rewards planning, communications and data analysis. 
  • Engages and utilizes HR centers of expertise to obtain consultative support on common tools, systems, and processes. 
  • Aligns HR solutions with business strategies, structures and challenges.
  • Influence leaders by rejecting status quo, finding customized solutions and driving implementation and communication plans.
  • Develop, coach and support leadership and management capability to inspire employee growth and learning.
  • Plans and facilitates talent reviews and engages with leadership in the development of associated action plans.
  • Partner with management and Labor Relations, where applicable, regarding recommendations and actions that support a nondiscriminatory workplace.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
 

Education:  Bachelor's degree required

Experience:  3 years of relevant work experience required
