HVAC Service Technician (Minneapolis Metro Area) –

**Must reside within 30 miles of Metro area**

We are searching for qualified HVAC Service Technicians to service and repair residential gas and electric HVAC appliances and equipment. We pride ourselves on customer service and customer satisfaction. If you are a self-motivated, HVAC service technician with great customer service and sales ability, then build a career with us!

As a HVAC Technician, you'll:

Service, inspect and install residential gas and electric appliances and equipment.
Promote selling of our Home Service Plus products and services to customers.
Maintain professional working relationships with customers.
Operate and maintain company vehicle in a safe manner.
Control parts inventory and responsible for tool and equipment condition to ensure safe efficient service

For Consideration:

Completed a HVAC diploma or associate degree program or have direct HVAC work experience.
Have a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Commit to a PAID training schedule where we give you the resources to be successful.

Nice to have:

Journeyman Gasfitter’s Certificate of Competency

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
Work rotating shifts, assigned holidays and overtime when required.
Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions.
Handle emergency situations including possible exposure to explosive environment.
