Job Summary

Creates and maintains maintenance plans and equipment records to ensure that organizational business standards are met. Assures that the records and plans adhere to regulatory compliance requirements. Creates, monitors and analyzes maintenance plan and ESD master data to identify and report gaps.

Essential Functions

Creates, validates and maintains plans and equipment records in SAP based on business process standards and regulatory requirements
Creates work order task lists
Updates and maintains plant facilities records (e.g., functional locations)
Identifies gaps in current processes/procedures, notifies leadership and makes recommendations for improvements
Conducts periodic data audits to validate and ensure data integrity
Creates and analyzes data reports validate accuracy and compliance
Assists in data compilation for regulatory related audits and rate cases
Ensures use of uniform standards when creating master data to be used in equipment records, maintenance plans, reporting, and other related information

Additional Knowledge

Able to demonstrate knowledge of natural gas distribution system operations
Able to demonstrate and apply knowledge of ESD module of SAP, Mobile Data and leak management system to collect data and to create work orders and reports
Able to demonstrate and apply analytical skills to assess data, identify errors or inconsistencies and take corrective action
Able to accomplish tasks and achieve goals with minimal supervision
Able to exercise tact and good judgment in dealing with co-workers, customers, vendors and the public
Able to work with confidential information, materials and files in an appropriate, professional and discrete manner
Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, activities and deadlines effectively
Able to demonstrate and apply strong customer service skills
Able to use personal computer software proficiently, such as Word, Excel and electronic mail
Able to exercise discretion, identify creative and innovative solutions to solve problems and make sound decisions
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
Able to provide and maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Able to demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct, and other Company policies and procedures and do so consistently, take all required training courses and do so timely
Able to demonstrate respect for all individuals, adhere to the Company’s values and business practices and do both consistently

Education Description

Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or eight (8) years of work experience. Every two years of experience is equivalent to one year of education.

Experience

Requires a minimum of three (3) years of utility distribution system experience, including two (2) years working with the ESD module of SAP managing work orders
