Job Summary
As the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead and manage a group responsible for the development of support function financial plans and forecasts and deliver regular performance reporting and variance analysis to key stakeholders and management.
Essential Functions

Manage the development of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for support functions. Includes all forecasting and variance analysis of actual to plan and forecast to plan.
- Lead the preparation of the five-year financial plans for support functions.
- Drive continuous improvement mindset and develop innovative processes, procedures and/or tools to support analysis of business performance.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders under areas supported, Finance/Accounting, and organizational leadership.
- Work directly with VP/ Directors/ Managers to provide general financial support, including but not limited to activities such as ad hoc financial analysis, financial modeling, strategic plans and business case scenario analysis.
- Lead and participate on cross functional project teams as needed.
- Coach and develop the staff to improve performance and support reaching personal development goals. Provide on-going feedback to ensure employee development.
Education Description

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Experience
-
Minimum eight (8) years of relevant work experience required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using SAP and BW
