Job Summary

Administer and optimize the performance of HR technologies. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact, within HR, to assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data workflows for process improvement opportunities. Provide technical support for system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects. Using various tools, creates metrics reports to meet customer requests. 

Essential Functions

  • Maintain data integrity and privacy for HR master data in system of record (SAP) and SuccessFactors HCM.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HRIS systems. Perform regular audits and data review activities.
  • Serve as liaison between HR and IT staff on projects for HR or requiring HR support.
  • Coordinate HRIT projects, including gathering requirements and writing specifications, process flows and other documentation, developing training materials, and collaborating with stakeholders such as business users, Information Technology (IT) and/or HR.
  • Facilitates assessment of business needs, evaluates processes and defines business requirements to recommend and implement business solutions for new and existing HR processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manages the testing and implementation of new/enhanced solutions and workflow processes to increase operating efficiency and improve productivity in the most effective manner.
  • Optimize and provide technical support for multiple modules of SuccessFactors HCM Suite.  Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to align with business requirements.
  • Support cloud-based Workforce Analytics product; modify pre-built dashboards and create new dashboards. Assist clients in discovery and problem-solving activities via insights provided through data analytics.
  • Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades and patches.
  • Performs exploratory research and analysis to identify value-added technology enhancements leading to improved end-user experience.
  • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. 

Education Description

  • BS/BA Degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resource Management, or other related field. 

Experience

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience providing technical support for the implementation, development and maintenance of human resource related applications by gathering requirements & specifications, conducting analysis, documenting, training and coordinating with various internal and external customers. 
  • Strong MS Office skills required.
  • Strong organizational, motivational, communication and problem-solving skills required.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience providing technical support for the implementation, development and maintenance of human resource related applications by gathering requirements, specifications writing, conducting analysis, documentation, training and coordinating with various internal and external customers.
  • Ability to address multiple activities simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience supporting SuccessFactors HCM applications and creating/working with dashboards and analytics is preferred.  Experience in data management and system configuration is essential.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as Power BI, Tableau and MS Access.
